Shipping Policy
 
NewStarterAlternator.com ships same day when orders are placed Monday through Friday from 7am to 4:30pm CST.  We ship UPS or USPS depending on ship to location and speed of delivery. Tracking numbers are provided via email when available.  Shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states.  On orders shipped Overnight or 2Day, the carrier reserves the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours for residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.  Shipping rates are higher to Alaska and Hawaii.  If a change in shipping charges needs to be made, we will call you to advise you of any changes.

NewStarterAlternator.com ships internationally depending upon customs and import policies.  Please email us for shipping rates.

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or wrong parts. NewStarterAlternator.com are not responsible for any of the above after 30 calendar days from the date of order. We also are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Returns and Exchanges

You may exchange or return part due to incorrect ordering to NewStarterAlternator.com within 30 business days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted if the 30 business days have elapsed. NewStarterAlternator.com backs all products sold with a 100% money back guarantee, so you can feel confident and safe with your purchasing decision.  All exchanges and purchases require a copy of your original invoice.  All parts to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled, installed, or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. If an item is returned outside the above conditions, the item may be returned to the customer at the customers’ expense.  If you are not 100% sure of which unit is correct for your application please email us a picture of the unit along with specific information about what the unit came off of.

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Warranty Information

NewStarterAlternator.com guarantees all units for twelve months. NewStarterAlternator.com honors the manufacturer's warranty on all parts.  This warranty does not cover, and NewStarterAlternator.com makes no warranty with respect to (I) any merchandise that is abused, misused, misapplied, neglected, or altered; or that is improperly or incorrectly installed or maintained or used; or that is subjected to abnormal conditions of use, temperature, moisture, dirt or corrosive matter; and (ii) any merchandise supplied by someone other than NewStarterAlternator.com. NewStarterAlternator.com will not be responsible for any damage or expense caused by, or relating to the failure of their units. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied or otherwise arising by operation of law, trade, usage, or course of dealing, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
